Making A Purchase

Making a purchase on our website is simple. Just browse our website by using the categories section and find the wall sticker(s) you'd like to purchase. You can then add your wall sticker(s ) to your cart by clicking 'Add to basket'. You can add as many items to your basket as you like, to view your basket and to checkout and pay for your wall sticker(s) simply click on the shopping cart icons on the top right of every page. By viewing your shopping cart you can remove items and edit item quantities, you can also checkout and pay by clicking on the 'Checkout' button.

As soon as you click on the 'Checkout' button it's just a case of entering your address details, selecting a postage option and then completing the transaction for your wall stickers by choosing one of two of our payments processors, PayPal or SagePay (credit card). We will then email you confirmation of the order once it's received, this is to notify you that we have received your order and payment.

Product Installation

At My Wall Stickers we make every effort to ensure you achieve satisfactory results with our decorative products during and after installation. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to paint work/fixtures and or fittings during the process of installation/removal. Our products are classed as Do-It-Yourself with the understanding that installation is to be carried out by you the customer and My Wall Stickers cannot be held responsible the actions of our customers during the handling of our products. In very rare cases paint may have to be 'touched up' after removal/installtion depending on the current state of your painted walls. My Wall Stickers cannot be held responsible for any damage to your walls caused by our self adhesive products. Installaton of our wall stickers is carried out at the home/householders risk.

Uses of our products/Precautions

Our wall stickers are safe and are non-toxic although in some cases caution should taken into consideration with young children as some of our wall stickers have small parts that may be hazardous to unsupervised children if not adhered to the wall 100% for whatever reason. This is merely a precuationary measure, our products are not sold as toys.

A Word about Textured walls, i.e. not smooth walls.

Our wall art vinyl is designed to be applied to smooth walls and slightly textured walls. The vinyl material acts like a flush skin and can only adhere 100% if the surface is smooth, if the wall is overly textured then your wall sticker(s) may not adhere in the first instance and My Wall Stickers cannot be responsible for unsuccessful installations. If lift occurs on the sticker due to a textured wall then gentle heat will have to be applied to make the sticker pliable and more tacky.

Types of walls that may be an issue and variations of are:

Stipple, swirl, orange peel, crows foot, splatter and venetian plaster.

Please be advised that we do not recommend you apply our wall stickers to the above mentioned before contacting us first, the surface must be reasonably smooth, otherwise proper adhesion will not occur. Please contact us first or order a material sample before placing your order if you're unsure.

Refund & Returns

As all our products are custom made, i.e. cut to order any items returned will incur a 25% restocking fee per item unless they are faulty.

If your order is faulty or damaged in transit in any way we'll gladly refund you the full amount that you paid. We must be notified of the fault within 14 days from receipt of your goods. We must ask that the faulty goods are returned to us, we will compensate you the postage for sending the faulty or damaged goods back to us. If on the other hand you receive the goods and you just want your money back this is not a problem, just return the goods back to us in the original condition and we'll refund you. We strictly abide by the Consumer Contracts Regulations to which you, the buyer, have full rights. With every order we put a return address on the packaging for your convenience.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

We cannot refund or replace

- Wall stickers that have been damaged by you for any reason once received. This means wall stickers that have been installed in error. We need the stickers sent back to us in a saleable condition in order for us to refund or replace.

- Custom designed wall stickers, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Colour selection

A colour choice is required for each wall sticker you order. We cannot process your order if no colour is chosen. If no colour is chosen we'll hold the processing of your order and contact you either by email or telephone reqesting a colour selection. If no contact can be made after one week has passed from order placement 'black matt' will be sent and the order will be marked as complete. This is is also overseen by our refund and returns policy, see above.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are sent via 24 or 48 Royal Mail (standard), Special Delivery Next Day Royal Mail and for overseas orders this is via Airmail or International Tracked where available.

United Kingdom shipping and handling is £2.99 (or free for standard postage on UK orders over £40.00) and £9.45 for Special Delivery. Overseas shippping and handling is £9.45 or £12.45 to Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

Lost or Items that have not arrived

At My Wall Stickers we operate a 15 working day policy for the UK and a 30 working day policy Internationally before we can either send out the goods again or refund you any monies. If your goods do not arrive once these timescales have been breached then we'll gladly refund you the full amount or repeat your order. Please read the delivery schedule below for our timescales.

Delivery Schedule

Please bear in in mind our wall stickers are cut to order and finished by hand. We take pride in dispatching high quality products, we'd rather send you a product you'll be over the moon with than rush your order.

Our delivery schedule for the UK is 2-5 working days (on average) from placement of your order and up to 14 days for the rest of the world for our standard Royal Mail Service. If you need your stickers for a particular date please do contact us first before placing your order. We post wall stickers on every working day but not at the weekends or during holidays.

Next Working Day Delivery - Orders must be received before 2pm and the service is only offered during a weekday. For orders placed on a Friday goods will be delivered on a Monday if our next day service is ordered. Specified next day orders cannot be delivered on a weekend.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will receive goods before 1pm on the next available working day with the exception of the following:

Credit/Debit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted by our payment processors when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption by either PayPal or SagePay (credit card). Your credit card information is not held in clear text in any format or stored in any way.

Items not in stock

Should, on very rare occasions, our products not be in stock or we have supplier issues you will be notified immediately and given the option to cancel your order.

Tax Charges

My Wall Stickers is a VAT registered company and the current rate of 20.00% tax is included in the online list price.

Privacy Policy

My Wall Stickers do not disclose buyers information to any third parties when order information is entered on our website as part of the order fulfilment.

Cookies are used on our website to make your shopping experience better i.e. to track the contents of your shopping cart and to store delivery details and:

2. Improve the site and its services
3. Disclose information to third-parties only for delivery purposes


All of the images, texts and coding are strictly property of their respectful owners. If you are a company or owner of any trademarks or logos that appear on www.mywallstickers.co.uk and do not wish your logo/trademark or product to be displayed then please email or write to us and it will be removed instantly.

We do protect our data and take infringement very seriously and aim to always prosecute if our work is stolen. We take regular back-ups of the site and these back-ups are then stored by our legal representatives should a case of data theft occur.
