How long is delivery, how much is it, where do you deliver?

When ordering please bear in mind all our wall stickers are cut to order and finished by hand. We strive on perfection and would rather send you a product you'll be 100% happy with than simply rush your order.

We deliver only to the UK (Great Britain) and European countries only. Free delivery in the UK if you spend over £40 (GBP). For overseas orders this promotion does not apply due to export costs.

UK 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail is £3.45 - International delivery via Airmail is £8.95

Our aim is to get your wall stickers to you in record time no matter where you are on the planet, we charge a flat rate of £3.45 for the UK and £8.95 for European overseas orders no matter what quantity of wall stickers are ordered.

We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping. We post via 1st Class standard and Recorded Signed for (if the value is over £40) and via Air mail for all other European orders. Typically you'll receive your wall stickers within 2-5 business days from placing your order for the UK. Internationally this can be up to 15 working days.

Are MyWallStickers wall stickers re-positionable?
Unless otherwise stated our wall stickers are not re-positionable and can only be used once. Upon removal they cannot be re-used. However our multi-colour or printed wall stickers are re-postionable and can be used many times over in different places.

Is your website safe?  How can I pay online?
At MyWallStickers.co.uk your security is extremely important to us. We have produced a very secure website that is backed up and tested on a daily basis by us and a secure 3rd party. You can pay for your wall stickers by using one of two of our payment processors, PayPal or credit/debit card payments via SagePay.

We have been PayPal verified online retailers since 2004 and have built up a reputation with our clients for protecting their personal information. Payments via PayPal are generally used by clients that have account with PayPal and a financial balance within their account. However, you do not need an account with PayPal on order to pay for your wall stickers, you can safely enter credit card information with them and pay for your goods.

Our other payment processor is SagePay (click to view). Our online credit card payments are protected by watertight SSL technology which is the industry standard for taking secure payments online. You can be sure that ordering on our webiste with your card is completely secure.

We also accept payment via the telephone for our wall stickers. Simply give us a call on 01692 402423 Monday to Friday during office hours and we'll be happy to tkae your order over the phone.

Where can I apply the wall stickers?
Our wall stickers can be used on any flat and smooth surface including painted walls, tiles, wallpapered walls, plaster, wood, metals, plastic and glass.

Where can't I apply the wall stickers?
Our wall stickers are not recommended for use on overly textured surfaces i.e. brickwork or any other rough surface.

How easy are wall stickers to install?
Our wall stickers are very easy to install, even if you've never installed one before. With every order you'll receive full fitting instructions written by us in plain English. We want you to achieve perfect results first time and tell the world where you purchased your wall stickers from! 

Can the wall stickers be removed?
Our wall stickers can be removed with ease. It's a simple case of gently heating the wall sticker with a hair dryer and then gently peeling the sticker off the wall. As we use a very high quality peel-able vinyl there should be no mess and no evidence that the sticker was ever on your wall. Instructions for removal are also supplied with every order.

Can you colour match wall stickers to my wall colour?
We are marginally limited to the amount of colours that are available but we are always willing see if we can match, just ask. If you are looking for a particular colour please do check with us first before ordering so we can send you a colour swatch. This just saves time in the long run if you order a wall sticker and find that the colour is not what you wanted.

Can I return the wall stickers for a refund?
No problem at all. We understand that in some cases you just might want your money back. As long as you send back the stickers in exactly the same condition as you received them we'll gladly refund you the full amount and hope for your business another day. The wall sticker(s) must be returned to us according to the time-scales set in our terms and conditions

I've just painted my wall, will it be ok?
It is better if you can leave the fresh paint to harden for at least 2 weeks before applying your wall sticker.

What colour would best suit my wall?
As every taste is different it is hard to say! But generally contrasting and complementary colours work well. We do offer a 'try before you buy' service, simply take a photo of your wall and email it to us and we'll super-impose your desired wall sticker onto the photo to give you an idea of what it will look like. Please contact us either by email or telephone regarding this service and we'll be glad to assist.

How are your wall stickers packaged?
We securely pack all of our wall stickers in strong reinforced postal tubes. Your wall stickers will be carefully rolled up to allow for a crease free transit. As we send our wall stickers in postal tubes they will not fit through your letterbox so please ensure somebody is in to receive your order.

How long do your wall stickers last?
Your wall stickers will be manufactured from a premium sign vinyl that is guaranteed by the manufacturer of a minimum of 5 years inside under the most extreme conditions. However this is only a minimum and your wall stickers will last much, much longer than this.
